You will engage with a diverse population, offering therapeutic solutions that promote wellness and recovery, all conducted in a 100% remote setting.

About the Organization

At Comprehensive Counseling Center, we strive to create a society where mental and physical healthcare are seamlessly integrated. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our clients by providing accessible, trustworthy, and individualized treatment options. As one of the fastest-growing behavioral health practices in the nation, we maintain a commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care, ensuring that every client receives the support they need to lead fulfilling lives.

This role is entirely remote, allowing flexibility and comfort while you provide high-quality mental health services from your own location. Despite the physical distance, we cultivate a collaborative and innovative virtual work culture where our licensed professionals can connect with teams regularly through digital platforms. Engaging with colleagues and participating in team meetings ensures that you stay informed about best practices and ongoing developments in mental health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized therapy strategies based on thorough assessments and client evaluations, creating tailored treatment plans that cater to each client’s specific needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to diverse groups, families, and individuals.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, leveraging the expertise of fellow professionals for the holistic benefit of clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all records reflect the ongoing progress and needs of clients.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, keeping abreast of emerging trends and evidence-based practices in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse range of clients facing various challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, substance misuse, and trauma-related issues. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will support clients in achieving their personal goals, enhancing their coping skills, and promoting overall mental wellness.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, with a focus on treatment approaches that lead to successful client outcomes.
  • A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health field.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with telehealth practices and virtual therapy platforms is preferred, as this role will require flexibility in service delivery modalities.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, complemented by unlimited earnings potential through bonuses based on performance. Our benefits package includes a SIGN-ON BONUS, flexible work schedules to promote work-life balance, and opportunities for both telemedicine and hybrid working arrangements.

Career Growth Opportunities

As a member of the Comprehensive Counseling Center team, you will have access to extensive professional development resources. We encourage our therapists to pursue certifications and advanced training, which will enhance their clinical skills and open pathways for career advancement within the organization.
