Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to diagnose clients’ mental health issues, followed by crafting tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering recovery and personal growth.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods that empower clients to confront and manage their challenges effectively.
  • Establish individualized therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress over time to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Document all client interactions meticulously to maintain adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational standards while ensuring quality care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical expertise, stay updated with the latest therapeutic methodologies, and foster a culture of learning within the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families affected by a variety of mental health challenges. Our practice is committed to serving all community segments, with a particular focus on those requiring culturally sensitive care. Experience working with couples, children, teens, and families, especially those from underrepresented communities such as clients of color and LGBTQIA populations, is strongly preferred.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • A valid LMFT license issued by the state of Colorado.
  • At least two years of full-time counseling experience, preferably in a mental health setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Proven ability to work effectively with couples, children, teenagers, and families, demonstrating sensitivity and adaptability in addressing their unique needs.
  • Experience and a demonstrated commitment to supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly people of color and within LGBTQIA communities.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus for new hires. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), malpractice insurance coverage, paid vacation and sick leave, and retention bonuses. Our compensation package also features a biweekly bonus program for meeting session targets or successfully bringing in new clients.
