This full-time position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with diverse populations in an outpatient setting.

About the Organization

Compassionate Health Center is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals seeking help with mental health issues. Located in Phoenix, Arizona, our facility prides itself on fostering a collaborative workforce that values diversity and inclusion. Here, therapists work alongside a team of compassionate specialists, all striving to empower clients in overcoming trauma, anxiety, and other hardships through dedicated care and evidence-based treatment practices.

Work Environment

As a remote-based therapist, you will be provided with a supportive digital workspace that facilitates effective communication and collaboration with colleagues. Our technological infrastructure includes secure teletherapy platforms, allowing you to conduct sessions seamlessly while adhering to ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality. This environment is designed to encourage professional development through team meetings, supervision sessions, and an open-door policy with clinical leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to obtain a thorough understanding of clients’ mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans accordingly.
  • Deliver individualized therapy using evidence-based methodologies to promote personal growth, resilience, and well-being.
  • Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and actively monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic process.
  • Engage in regular team collaboration through staff meetings, contributing to discussions, case reviews, and peer support systems, enhancing collective knowledge and skills.
  • Provide remote therapy solutions via telehealth for clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer virtual engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical standards and support clinical assessments.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to advance clinical competencies and stay abreast of contemporary practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, helping address a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. We welcome clinicians who can effectively relate to clients from different backgrounds, including people of color and those from the LGBTQIA community. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a culturally competent therapy environment that respects and acknowledges each client's unique experiences.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • Current LMFT license issued by the state of Arizona.
  • A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.
  • Experience working with a broad spectrum of client demographics, particularly families, couples, children, and teens.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience engaging with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and understanding their unique needs.
  • Skills in teletherapy practices, with proficiency in digital documentation and telehealth platforms.
Compensation and Benefits

Compassionate Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, which may include performance-based bonuses and retention incentives. Our benefits package is designed to support your professional and personal well-being, including:

  • Comprehensive health insurance covering medical, dental, and vision care.
  • Malpractice insurance coverage for peace of mind.
  • Paid vacation and sick leave to ensure work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for retention bonuses and biweekly performances bonuses based on client session goals.
  • 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending accounts, and health savings accounts.
  • Life insurance and a paid referral program to incentivize professional networking.
