Compassion Core Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dynamic team. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, utilizing a telehealth platform that allows for effective therapeutic engagement with clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment interventions.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans aligned with each client's personal goals and circumstances.
• Provide compassionate individual, couples, and group therapy to diverse client groups using various therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in clinical supervision, participate in case conferences, and pursue ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and addiction challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in empowering clients to manage their emotional difficulties, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience in their lives. Your role directly contributes to improving client outcomes, allowing them to navigate various life challenges with confidence and support.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.
• Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy in mental health settings.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques effective in mental health treatment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and engage with clients from various backgrounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A commitment to ethical practices and the safeguarding of client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or remote counseling practice.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
• Knowledge in trauma-informed care and techniques for addressing addiction.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
