What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and more).
- Take on troubleshooting tasks and support repairs under the mentorship of senior techs.
- Respond quickly to work orders and facility requests—your agility keeps us running!
- Conduct basic building inspections and assist with workspace setups and moves.
- Keep accurate maintenance logs and contribute to our continuous improvement culture.
- Champion safety and compliance with every task.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED (technical training/certification a plus!)
- 2+ years’ experience in facilities maintenance, building ops, or similar field
- Basic knowledge of systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
- Comfortable using hand & power tools
- Sharp attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and a team player!
- Experience in a manufacturing or technical facility
- Familiarity with CMMS/maintenance tracking
- Knowledge of BAS/BMS systems
- OSHA training or relevant certifications
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Austin-based manufacturing facility—be ready for hands-on, active work!
- Lifting, ladder climbing, and standing may be required.
- Occasional shift or on-call support for critical needs.
