Monroeville Pet Hospital Since 2006, Monroeville Pet Hospital has provided high-quality veterinary care to dogs and cats throughout Allegheny County. As our longtime Lead Veterinarian prepares for retirement this fall, we're looking for a doctor who sees opportunity where others see challenge. This is your chance to step into a well-established AAHA-accredited small animal practice with a loyal client base, an experienced support team, and the autonomy to shape the future of the hospital. You'll partner closely with our Practice Manager to lead the team, preserve the trusted relationships our community has come to expect, and create the culture you want to lead. If you're looking for a leadership role where your voice carries weight and your impact will be felt every day, we'd love to meet you. We are not simply looking for a replacement. • Efficient, technician-supported workflow: Our technicians are highly utilized, handling histories, patient flow, bloodwork, treatments, client communication, and in-room checkout so doctors can focus on exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medical decision-making.
  • Leadership with Balance: Enjoy a weekday schedule with no weekends, no on-call, clinical autonomy, and full support as you lead the hospital into its next phase of growth.
  • Inherit a strong reputation and dedicated clients: Monroeville has a loyal client base with many long-term relationships built around the current lead doctor. The next Lead Veterinarian will have the opportunity to continue that trust while creating their own legacy.
