Work Environment

The successful candidate will operate in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexible work arrangements while engaging directly with clients via phone and virtual platforms. Our Detox Center serves as a hub for our critical services, allowing for coordinated care and resource sharing among staff and local community partners. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and technology to facilitate effective counseling and case management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs to assess social, emotional, and environmental factors affecting their well-being.
• Design and implement individualized service plans with clear goals and interventions, ensuring that progress is regularly monitored and adjusted as necessary.
• Provide direct counseling services to individuals and families struggling with challenges such as trauma, financial instability, and mental health issues.
• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions and conduct risk assessments as necessary, focusing on the safety and stability of clients.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with community resources and organizations to expand support services for your clients.
• Engage in outreach activities that promote awareness of resources available at Community Outreach Network and work to reduce the stigma associated with seeking help.
• Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings, contributing to shared knowledge and professional development among staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele served by Community Outreach Network includes diverse groups facing challenges such as substance abuse, mental health crises, and socio-economic hardship. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• Exceptional communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to problem-solve effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a social service agency or a similar healthcare setting is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, employees are eligible for a sign-on bonus upon joining the network.
