Community Hospital is a full-service, acute-care hospital, licensed for 60 beds. We are an independently owned hospital that serves the Grand Valley of Colorado, which is the largest metropolitan area between Denver and Salt Lake City. The Community Hospital Women's Health Service Line has been experiencing strong and consistent year-over-year growth and success over the last decade. In 2025 the Women's Health Practice delivered over 700 babies, which set a record for the program.  This position as a Gynecologic Advanced Practice Provider would provide both clinical and surgical support to the Canyon View Women's Health practice at Community Hospital.

This Position Includes:

  • The group currently consists of 4 full-time OBGYN's, and 4 Full-Time Certified Nurse Midwife's.
  • PA/NP would primarily support the OBGYNs, both in surgery as a first assist for scheduled GYN surgical cases and Cesarean deliveries, as well as in clinic seeing GYN and postoperative patients  
  • No On-Call responsibilities
  • 36 patient contact hours per week (4.5 days per week)

  • Competitive Guaranteed Base Salary of $120,000 plus wRVU production bonus potential
