We are seeking a proven installation professional ready to lead a high-performing crew. As a Window Crew Leader, you are directly responsible for the successful execution of residential window projects and the overall customer experience. This role is ideal for a leader who takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, and thrives on solving challenges in the field.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee residential window installations from start to finish
Lead, coach, and ensure the safety and productivity of your crew
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, delivering an exceptional experience
Collect payments and complete project documentation accurately
Communicate proactively with managers and team members
Solve unexpected installation challenges with creativity and resourcefulness
Maintain the highest standards for craftsmanship and professionalism

Extensive residential window installation experience
Demonstrated leadership and crew management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
