COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS is seeking skilled and dependable carpenters for immediate employment. If you’ve worked at companies like Renewal By Andersen, Mad City, Wonder Windows, Window World, Pella, Universal Windows, C. Michael, Rochester Colonial, Energy Savers, Bath Fitter, Marvin, Yankee Home, or Window Depot—your experience may be exactly what we need!

At COMFORT WINDOWS, many installers who felt unappreciated elsewhere have now found long-term, rewarding careers.

Pay Rate: $32–$39/hour (includes a $27–$34 base hourly rate plus an average $5/hour company benefits contribution).

What You’ll Do:

  • Install residential windows, doors, siding, decks, sunrooms, bathrooms, and other home improvements

  • Perform accurate measuring, fitting, and finish carpentry

  • Operate metal brakes and other tools safely and effectively

  • Work on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts while maintaining safety standards

  • Maintain clean, organized job sites

  • Deliver excellent customer experiences

  • Take pride in work that lasts

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in residential home remodeling and renovation

  • Strong general carpentry skills and attention to detail

  • Safe and proper use of hand and power tools

  • Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions

  • Professionalism and commitment to high-quality workmanship
