Genesis10 is currently seeking a Change Execution Lead for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ, Charlotte, NC, or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This is a client-facing role that involves heavy business engagement and interaction across all teams involved in the end-to-end flow, including Risk and Audit. This position requires less technical experience and focuses on strong project and change management within a financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale program and project efforts
• Plan and direct routines and reporting to drive accountability, transparency, and collaboration
• Adapt to changing business needs with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Inspire an audience with diverse business objectives to agree upon and move forward on concepts and recommendations
• Partner directly with Lines of Business and business executives to communicate technology solutions and strategic objectives

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of Change Management, Portfolio, or Project management experience within the financial services industry
• Demonstrated strength of communication skills at the senior executive level
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize requests and workload accordingly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Practical working knowledge of Change Management standards at a global financial services organization
• Practical working knowledge of Agile Methodologies and tools including JIRA and Confluence

Desired skills:

• Experience supporting Capital Management, Regulatory Rules, or other Treasury and Finance-related functions
• Familiarity with capital calculation processes, regulatory reporting requirements, and associated technology platforms
• Knowledge of technology change management, SDLC controls, regulatory commitments, and governance frameworks within a large financial institution
• Experience managing financial plans, vendor budgets, and resource forecasts for complex technology programs
• Experience with Tableau

Pay range: $57.70 - $65.70 per hour
