Summary
We are an innovative cryptocurrency based company growing at a rapid pace! We are looking for a NetSuite Admin to assist with the implementation and administration of CoinFlip's NetSuite ERP in accordance with rapidly evolving business requirements.
What you'll be doing

We are an innovative cryptocurrency based company growing at a rapid pace! We are looking for a NetSuite Admin to assist with the implementation and administration of CoinFlip's NetSuite ERP in accordance with rapidly evolving business requirements.
What you'll be doing
- User management: Provision users, manage user roles and permissions, and provide users with dashboards, basic training, and support. Liaise with leaders across the organization including Sales, Operations, Finance and Accounting among others
- Integration support: Monitor the flow of Netsuite between Netsuite and integrated platforms, reconcile and investigate errors
- Customization: Update user dashboards, custom fields, transaction & entry forms, and printed pdf & html layouts.
- Reporting: Create and update saved searches & reports to support financial reporting and other analytics
- Data management: Reconcile, csv import, merge, and delete records
- Requirements gathering: Working effectively with senior administrators, key stakeholders and users to understand business and functional requirements and translate to solutions within the NetSuite environment
- Testing: Assisting with regression testing of system upgrades prior to new version releases along with post-upgrade validation exercises
- Compliance: Implementing and adhering to internal controls, maintaining SOX compliance and support external & internal auditors through walkthroughs and documentation requests
- 2-5 years' administration in a NetSuite OneWorld (or related ERP) environment
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer/Information Science or equivalent
Bonus experience:
- NetSuite Administrator Certification
- Familiarity with Advanced Revenue Modules & Contract Renewals
- Experienced in system customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and SuiteBundler
- Competency in SQL or other query languages
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and middleware (Mulesoft) applications
