Mazda of Fort Walton Beach in sunny Florida is part of the ZT Automotive Group. Our dealership is seeking motivated, full-time Auto Sales Consultants. Requirements

Auto Sales Consultant Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers to determine vehicle needs by asking questions and listening, demonstrate vehicle features, take customers for test drives and answer sales calls and emails
  • Be well informed of vehicle inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they meet the needs of the customer
  • Maintain a prospect development system for referrals and owner follow-up for repeat business
  • Meet monthly sales goals and objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

Auto Sales Consultant Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience strongly desired, but not necessary. Will train friendly, outgoing, motivated candidates
  • Must be a self-starter and have strong desire to meet and exceed goals
  • Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions, including high heat and humidity
  • Professional appearance and great customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A valid drivers license and acceptable MVR history is required as a condition of employment
  • Must be able to pass a drug test as we are a drug free workplace
  • Bilingual Preferred

Schedule Requirements: The Auto Sales Consultant is required to work 5 days per week.
