Coast Mazda está creciendo y necesitamos más ayuda para poder seguir el ritmo. Nuestra nueva instalación abrirá próximamente, y estamos buscando personas motivadas para unirse a nuestro equipo.

RESPONSABILIDADES Y FUNCIONES
• Comprender que el negocio se construye sobre la satisfacción del cliente y dedicarse a garantizar una experiencia positiva para cada cliente.
• Determinar las necesidades de vehículo de cada cliente haciendo preguntas y escuchando atentamente.
• Presentar y demostrar vehículos, incluyendo pruebas de manejo.
• Entregar vehículos a los clientes, asegurándose de que comprendan las funciones operativas del vehículo, la garantía y la documentación.
• Establecer metas personales de ingresos que sean consistentes con los estándares de productividad del concesionario y desarrollar una estrategia para alcanzarlas.
• Reportar al Gerente de Ventas de Vehículos Nuevos sobre objetivos, actividades planificadas, revisiones y análisis.
• Asistir a reuniones de ventas y capacitaciones ofrecidas por el concesionario y el fabricante.
• Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la compañía.
• Reportar de inmediato cualquier accidente a un gerente o supervisor.
REQUISITOS
• Experiencia en ventas automotrices requerida
• Bilingüe en español/inglés preferido
• Licencia de conducir válida
• Presentación personal profesional
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
• Capacidad para manejar múltiples fuentes de clientes potenciales
• Actitud positiva y enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente
