What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain robust clearing house compliance programs aligned with CFTC Part 39 Regulations, Core Principles, and PFMI standards.
  • Manage regulatory examinations, continuous monitoring inquiries, and ad-hoc requests from multiple global supervisory bodies.
  • Lead the regulatory reporting function, ensuring timely, accurate, and comprehensive submissions.
  • Coordinate internal control testing and track remediation efforts, including model validation tracking and responses to examination findings.
  • Assess the operational and policy impact of proposed regulatory changes on clearing operations.

  • Communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly and persuasively, both orally and in writing, to senior management and external policy-makers.
  • Navigate regulatory ambiguity with comfort, using structured problem-solving to design clear compliance pathways.
  • Utilize data visualization or analysis tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL) to streamline compliance tracking and reporting (preferred).
  • Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on shared risk-management goals.
