Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Program Analystassistsin the development of financialsas well ascreating and editing complex proposals for utility-based energy efficiency programs. This roleis responsible forprovidingsupport for a variety of technical documentsas well asproject-levelsupport for the team to successfully execute program management assignments.

ESSENTIALDUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Provide support with proposals and capturefinancialsrelated to programs.

  • Assistwith billing and costing for utility-based energy efficiency programs.

  • Producetimelyreports for management on financials.

  • Support inventory coordination of programs/projects as needed.

  • Input technician work orders into Excel and other database systems.

  • Audit work orders and own work for accuracy.

  • Responsible for client deliverables for implementation of assignments including cost estimating, work reviews, budgetreconciliationsand project documentation.

  • Provide research, analysis,recordkeepingandoperating-level coordination and communications on planning and implementation assignmentsin accordance withestablished methodologies.

  • Provide written reportsanddocuments that concisely analyze datain order tomeetclient's desired outcomes and scope requirements.

  • Perform data entry in software programsutilizedfor all projects (ServiceCEO, ACT).

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS& QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree and/orequivalentexperiencerequired.

  • Knowledge of Building Science.

  • Strong organizational, problemsolvingand prioritization skills necessary.

  • Strong communication, both verbal and written, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong attention to detailand data validation skillswhilemaintainingaccuratedocumentationrequired.

  • Sound knowledge of estimating requirements,contractsadministration techniques, typesof contracts.

  • Ability to efficiently interface with, communicate and coordinate activities with utility personnel as well as other departments.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change when needed.

  • Ability toworka flexible schedule.

  • Proven ability to meetobjectives.

  • Perform the essential functions and physical demands of the position with or without accommodation.

Pay Range:

$62,000.00 - $92,940.00

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, certifications, etc.
