Job description

Receptionist / Lead Coordinator to manage front desk operations, client service, and administrative support in a professional design center environment. This position is ideal for candidates with receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative assistant experience, preferably in a design, construction, or retail showroom setting.


Key Responsibilities

Receptionist / Design Center Duties

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors
  • Answer, screen, and route multi-line phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and design consultations
  • Provide guided showroom tours and assist with product selection
  • Deliver excellent customer service in person and by phone

Administrative Assistant Duties

  • Enter and manage leads in Salesforce CRM
  • Perform filing, scanning, and document management
  • Track and restock office forms and marketing materials
  • Manage meeting room schedules and display signage
  • Assist with events, meetings, shipping, and special projects


Showroom & Office Support

  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional showroom and reception area
  • Stock showroom supplies, samples, and client refreshments
  • Label, organize, and track showroom materials
  • Monitor showroom condition and notify management of maintenance or supply needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and front desk experience
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced office environment

Preferred Qualifications
