Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.
  • Provide a range of therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based practices.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care, contributing to integrated treatment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering to both ethical standards and legal requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay informed on the latest mental health research and practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a clinician at Clinton County Community Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds and age groups. Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

  • A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
