Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.
• Provide a range of therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based practices.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care, contributing to integrated treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering to both ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay informed on the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a clinician at Clinton County Community Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds and age groups. This includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical environment.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly valued.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling best practices can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
