Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Implement and deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to ethical practices and legal standards, ensuring all client records are managed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and allied health staff, to provide integrated and holistic care for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and professional conferences to stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work primarily with individuals and families who have limited access to mental health care. This role emphasizes supporting diverse populations, including those coping with trauma, substance misuse, and various emotional and behavioral health challenges. Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
