Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to effectively identify clients' mental health needs.
  • Create tailored treatment plans that integrate clients' preferences, backgrounds, and therapeutic goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy via secure remote platforms, ensuring that each client receives care suited to their needs.
  • Engage in continuous collaboration with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and client progress to comply with legal and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Must hold a current and valid license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in remote communication, with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients online.
  • Exhibit empathy and compassion for clients' challenges, supporting them through their therapeutic journeys.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential for effectively managing a caseload in a remote setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in remote counseling or teletherapy is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
  • Experience with a wide range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 105,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus for licensed therapists who join our network. Employees benefit from:
