Position Overview

Clearpath Behavioral Health LLC is seeking passionate and licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our dedicated team providing telehealth services. In this full-time or part-time remote position, you will engage with clients through virtual therapy sessions, helping them overcome mental health challenges and achieve their wellness goals. This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 105,000 per year, along with the added benefit of a sign-on bonus for qualified professionals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Counselor with Clearpath Behavioral Health, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' unique mental health needs, followed by the formulation of tailored treatment plans.
• Delivering evidence-based therapy through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring that each session is suited to the client's individual preferences and treatment goals.
• Collaboratively setting therapeutic goals with clients and providing guidance and support throughout their healing journey.
• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, adapting approaches as necessary to fit the unique characteristics and aspirations of each client.
• Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will encompass a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with an aptitude for building rapport and facilitating trust remotely.
• Empathy, compassion, and a profound understanding of the diverse experiences clients may encounter.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing time efficiently to handle session schedules and documentation effectively.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:

• Experience in a telehealth setting and familiarity with digital therapy tools.
• Specialized training in trauma-informed care or evidence-based therapies.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or marginalized communities.
