Custodial Supervisor (1182)

Location: Greer SC

Pay: $17.50/hr.

Schedule: 5:00AM-1:30PM (M-F, Tue-Sat, Sun-Thu)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Custodial Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas while leading a team of general cleaners.

This is a working supervisor role:60% hands-on cleaning40% management & leadership

Key Responsibilities:

Organize, schedule, assign, and perform daily cleaning tasksSupervise custodial staff to ensure quality and productivity standardsTrain employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical usage

Lead and enforce all safety protocols and provide PPEInvestigate and report accidents or injuriesManage inventory, supplies, and equipmentHandle scheduling, payroll, and team coordinationConduct inspections using company standards and toolsAddress performance issues and support disciplinary actions when neededRespond to building emergencies (fire, flood, snow/ice, etc.)Assist with large cleaning projects and coordinate with management

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience (custodial preferred)Strong leadership, training, and communication skillsBasic computer knowledgeCustodial and cleaning knowledge requiredBasic mechanical understanding is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 30 lbsFrequent bending, standing, pushing, and pullingComfortable working in varying temperatures (hot/cold environments)
