Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals, families, or groups.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop effective, personalized treatment plans that align with clinical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, incorporating input from psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring documentation meets regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Engage in continuous professional development activities, including attending workshops, training, and peer supervision, to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention and provide support in emergency situations, prioritizing client safety and well-being.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health-related field, such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
  • An active and unrestricted Washington State license (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) for providing mental health services.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively with clients across varied backgrounds, utilizing a strengths-based approach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with teammates.
  • A self-motivated individual who excels in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling or a related field, with proven ability to develop effective relationships with clients.
  • Experience utilizing telehealth platforms and EHR tools to deliver services and manage client documentation efficiently.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and willingness to adapt practices based on client needs.
Compensation and Benefits
