SUMMARYThe primary purpose of a Cook is to prepare food orders for our restaurant while maintaining food safety standards and regulations. This is a part-time year round position, reporting to the Assistant Manager/Manager.
Restaurant operational hours are typically Sunday through Saturday 11am to 8/9pm during summer season and Wednesday through Sunday 3pm to 8pm during winter season. Evening and weekend hours are required.
RESPONSIBILITIESโข Prepare, cook food items in accordance with food safety standards and regulations
- Receive and accurately cook, complete all food orders to guest specifications
- Stock food and supplies and communicate the need for additional supplies and assistance when needed
- Maintain equipment and immediately report any problems with equipment
- Clean food prep area throughout and at the end of shift to maintain food safety standards
