Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide therapy from the comfort of your home while serving clients in Pahrump, Nevada, and the surrounding areas. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services, while also having the autonomy to manage your own schedule and client caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
  • Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling through various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Engage in ongoing client documentation and record-keeping in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, ensuring timely updates and accurate client information.
  • Participate actively in regular team meetings and case discussions, contributing insights to enhance the collaborative treatment strategy for clients.
  • Stay informed about the latest mental health trends, therapies, and best practices to continuously improve therapeutic interventions and client outcomes.
  • Offer emotional support and guidance, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Chrysalis Health Counseling, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele comprising children, adults, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Our focus is on providing culturally competent and inclusive services that recognize and honor each client's unique experiences. You will play a pivotal role in addressing the mental health needs of the community, assisting clients in navigating familial issues, relationship conflicts, and individual psychological challenges.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • Current and unrestricted Clinical Licensure (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously while also valuing teamwork and collaboration in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience in providing therapy services, preferably in a community health or clinical setting.
  • Experience with diverse populations, including cultural sensitivity and awareness of systemic issues affecting mental health.
  • Knowledge of telehealth platforms and tools, ensuring that therapy can be delivered effectively in a remote format.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
