Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions via telehealth to a varied client base, employing evidence-based approaches tailored to their unique needs.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific goals and challenges.
• Document clinical notes with precision and promptness to adhere to both regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
• Engage in collaborative teamwork with fellow clinicians, participating in regular supervision and case reviews to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Contribute to ongoing training and staff meetings to stay informed on the latest mental health trends and techniques.
• Maintain the highest ethical standards in all client interactions, ensuring confidentiality and respect for diverse backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse caseload that includes individuals from various backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. This role requires a deep understanding of culturally sensitive practices and a commitment to providing equitable care to every client.

Qualifications

• A valid LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) credential in Massachusetts is required.
• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency with telehealth technologies and digital documentation practices is essential.
• Extensive knowledge of therapeutic modalities and clinical counseling techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is preferred, with a strong emphasis on telehealth services.
• Experience working within a collaborative interdisciplinary team setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices specifically applicable to teletherapy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Chrysalis Health Counseling offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
