You will work directly with parents and children to facilitate healthy growth, provide vital case management services (coordinating with schools, DCF, Horizons, WIC, and medical providers), and assist with planning community outings. Additionally, you will help manage behavior through programmatic structure and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
