Our field marketing team sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and customers. We design high-impact programs that bring our brand to life through events, campaigns, and executive engagement, ultimately driving pipeline growth and strengthening relationships across the digital asset ecosystem.
We're looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead demand generation programs across North America, reporting to our Manager of Americas Field Marketing. Based in New York City, this role will partner closely with regional sales leadership to build and execute marketing strategies targeting private sector or organizations in the United States as well as public and private sector customers in Canada.
In this role, you'll:
  • Develop and execute regional demand generation strategies that drive pipeline growth across the U.S. and Canadian markets
  • Partner closely with regional sales leadership to identify priority accounts, target segments, and strategic marketing opportunities
  • Plan and execute high-impact field marketing programs including executive roundtables, customer events, industry conferences, and targeted campaigns
  • Collaborate with product marketing, digital marketing, communications, and events teams to deliver integrated campaigns that support regional business goals
  • Manage and measure marketing programs that generate qualified leads, accelerate deals, and support revenue growth
  • Identify opportunities to deepen engagement with financial institutions, crypto companies, and other private sector organizations across North America
  • Translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable marketing strategies and messaging
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, using data and KPIs to refine and optimize regional marketing program

We're looking for candidates who have:
  • 5-7 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing roles
  • Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams to generate pipeline and accelerate deals
  • Strong experience running regional marketing programs including events, executive roundtables, and integrated campaigns
  • Experience marketing to financial services, technology, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency companies
    Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance and optimizing programs based on KPIs
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 30% for regional events, customer meetings, and internal programs

Nice to have experience:
  • Experience working in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or cybersecurity industries
  • Experience marketing to public sector organizations or government stakeholders
  • Experience working in a high-growth technology company or startup environment
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and enterprise sales cycles
