Central Cure Network is actively seeking dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our dynamic remote clinical team. Key Responsibilities

In the role of a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting both individual and couples therapy sessions focused on systemic family dynamics.
  • Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as communication difficulties, family conflicts, grief, and job-related stress.
  • Developing personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and needs.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with health regulations.
  • Participating in regular team meetings to stay aligned with organizational objectives and updates in behavioral health practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse client population, including couples and families facing various challenges such as:

  • Alcohol and substance abuse issues.
  • Experiences of physical and psychological abuse.
  • Grief and loss, including navigating the complexities of adjustment after separation or divorce.
  • Conflicts among family members, including blended families.
  • Communication difficulties that hinder family connections.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must have the following:

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences may enhance your application:

  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adult clients.
  • Previous telehealth experience and proficiency with digital platforms for therapy delivery.
  • Exposure to family therapy modalities, including play therapy or other specialized interventions.
  • A history of collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive client care.
Compensation and Benefits
