Job description

Non-Medical Transportation Driver (Part-Time)

Center for Disability Services is seeking a dependable and caring Non-Medical Transportation Driver to transport individuals with developmental disabilities to and from adult day services.

No CDL Required!

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • Morning route and afternoon route
  • Up to 20 hours per week
  • No evenings or overnight shifts

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport individuals using agency vehicles
  • Pick up and drop off passengers according to scheduled routes and timelines
  • Assist individuals as needed during transportation
  • Follow all agency policies and state transportation regulations
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment for passengers
  • Report incidents, concerns, or vehicle issues as required

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must have held a driver's license for at least 3 years
  • Fewer than 6 points on driving record
  • Ability to pass required background and driving record checks
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is helpful but not required
