As a member of our outpatient office team, you will work remotely, accessing the support of your colleagues and administrative staff from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform your therapeutic approach.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.
• Provide therapy sessions that encompass various modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that client confidentiality is upheld at all times.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and coordinators, to deliver holistic care to clients.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in team meetings to discuss case progress and share insights with colleagues.
• Actively contribute to ongoing professional development initiatives and adopt new therapeutic strategies to improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will be on a diverse range of clients including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications

• Must hold an active LMFT license in the state of New Jersey.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a therapeutic setting is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience working effectively with couples and families is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration with diverse populations and cultures.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
