Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location within New Jersey. Your work will be facilitated through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, ensuring both privacy and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments for new patients and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver psychotherapy sessions via our secure telehealth platform, adapting your approach to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system, supporting continuity of care.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other healthcare providers and community resources, ensuring clients have access to holistic care.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and consultation groups to share insights and learn from fellow clinicians.
• Commit to delivering culturally responsive care, emphasizing ethical practices and client empowerment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a varied and dynamic patient demographic in New Jersey, focusing on mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, including children and families, providing an inclusive environment that honors each individual's unique experiences and cultural contexts.

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New Jersey is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and online documentation tools for effective client interaction.
• Strong foundation in treating common mental health concerns, such as anxiety and depression.
• Must be self-motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and caseload.
