Position Summary

Phoenix Staff is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate technology-focused and business-related initiatives. This role is responsible for guiding projects through their full lifecycle, ensuring objectives are achieved within established timelines, budgets, and operational requirements. The ideal candidate will foster strong working relationships, provide exceptional stakeholder support, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects to ensure successful outcomes aligned with business objectives.
• Establish project goals, timelines, deliverables, and expectations while maintaining alignment with key stakeholders.
• Partner with technical teams and business units to coordinate project activities and ensure effective communication throughout project execution.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities where project management expertise can improve processes, efficiency, and results.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, consultants, and service providers as required by project scope.
• Manage project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Develop and distribute project updates, progress reports, and status communications to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal technical resources to investigate and resolve issues impacting project performance or delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and evolving technologies relevant to project management.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to maintaining positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Management, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in project management, technology operations, digital initiatives, or related areas.
• Prior experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, or external service providers.
• Working knowledge of technology environments, software applications, web-based platforms, and applicable compliance requirements.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business productivity tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with technology-driven project environments and cross-functional team collaboration.
