Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contract requirements
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
- Resolve conflicts, delays, or unexpected conditions proactively
- Approve invoices, change orders, and manage project documentation
- Monitor performance and profitability to ensure successful delivery
Qualifications and Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
- OSHA 30 certification
- 1 + years of experience managing commercial construction projects
