There is a clearly defined career path with Carrols, from Team Member to Shift Supervisor to Assistant Manager to General Manager. Carrols offers a number of different advancement opportunities for its Restaurant Managers. We realize that in order for our managers to be successful in an ever-changing business environment, we must devote time, effort, and commitment to their on-going development needs.
The Carrols Management Development Program is the best in the business and is structured in a way that meets the needs of all of our managers. The program is well defined, comprehensive, and always on the cutting-edge of new learning initiatives.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must have reliable transportation; Possess valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 25 pounds
- Able and willing to complete a background check and drug screen
- Able and willing to complete 7 week training course
- Available to work 5 days/week, 50 hours/week (including days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
