  • Compensation: $24/hr - $29hr (Negotiable)
  • Type: Full-Time
  • Location: On-site
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am-5 pm

Recruiter - Home Care - Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of healthcare-related experience
  • Strong computer proficiency in business applications
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills; able to work with diverse populations
  • Valid driver's license with reliable, insured vehicle
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, confidentiality, and relevant federal/state regulations
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Effective multitasking skills

  • Develop expertise in company brand, services, and recruitment processes
  • Execute strategies to recruit and hire qualified Personal Care Attendants
  • Oversee onboarding, including background checks, training, and orientation
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual hiring requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and employee documentation
  • Build strong candidate relationships to enhance hiring experience and retention
  • Manage recruitment-related calls, inquiries, and interview scheduling
  • Collaborate with team members to improve hiring workflows and coordination
  • Track and support key metrics such as time-to-fill and retention rates
  • Perform additional duties as needed while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
