Compensation
Long term and unlimited based on production! To start, salary range $125,000 to $175,000 (plus bonus) depending on experience and geography. Responsibilities
- Develop Client Relationships: Work directly within custodial distribution channels in their branches to develop relationships and business flows.
- Build Networks: Develop relationships with custodial distribution relationship financial consultants in their branches through seminars and other activities.
- Travel: Travel is required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR), holding or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire date either a Series 65 OR a Series 66 and Series 7
- At least 2 years registered as an IAR, plus 3 years immediately prior registered with a broker-dealer; OR holds a CFP®, CFA®, CPA, or qualifies as a securities portfolio manager
- Meet and maintain compliance with all ongoing participation requirements applicable
to strategic referral partnerships
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking, with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
