Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and available resources, which informs tailored treatment strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, with a focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and regularly update individualized treatment plans that establish clear goals and propose actionable interventions for clients.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to ensure client safety and immediate support.
• Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring a clear record of each client's progress and treatment outcomes.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, creating supportive environments for clients to share experiences and learn from each other.

Compensation and Benefits
