- Provide direct and indirect care to patients and their families
- Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in core principles
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team
- Contribute to individual treatment plans with appropriate goals and interventions
- Float to similar or lower acuity units as needed
- Work every other weekend and holiday
- MA RN license required at time of submission
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- Previous psychiatric or substance inpatient experience preferred
- CPR certification required
- Strong critical thinking and crisis management skills
- Effective communication and team-building abilities
