As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing your expertise to address the unique needs of each patient.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing your expertise to address the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in Adult Acute Rehab, Neuro, ICU, and Cardiovascular settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Utilize Epic for documentation; experience with Cerner is a plus
- Maintain current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice
- Hold a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Need 1 year experience in setting
