Front Office Representative

The role of Front Office Representative requires an individual the ability to provide superior guest service in a fast-paced, hotel environment, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.

Shift:

Full-Time | 40 hours per week | Must be available nights and weekends

Responsibilities:

As a guest services representative, you will be the face of the Radisson La Crosse. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Incoming and outgoing guests, phone calls, reservations and other day-to-day functions of the hotel
  • Ensuring timely and impeccable prioritization and organization of your workspace and general lobby spaces
  • Presenting a positive attitude and polished appearance to guest and team members
  • Communicating effectively with all guests, staff and vendors
  • Transport guests to/from airport

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year of hotel front desk experience, other hotel experience or experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience in Opera system preferred
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to successfully pass a driving record check
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles for transporting guests to and from the airport or as needed.
  • Works well independently or as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including, nights, holidays and weekends
  • Working knowledge of computer and math skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Required to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of times
  • Lift, carry, or otherwise move and use of force or exertion up to 75 lbs.
  • Use of manual dexterity of common office equipment; such as but not limited to, computers, printers, phones ect.
