Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and establish personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring high-quality care and attention to each individual’s needs.
• Engage in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a creative and flexible approach to intervention strategies to help clients achieve desired goals.
• Document each session meticulously, adhering to company policies regarding clinical notes, treatment plan reviews, and ongoing assessments.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
