Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health issues accurately, establishing personalized treatment pathways.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals, adjusting approaches as necessary based on progress and feedback.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to engage clients effectively.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies, promoting holistic recovery.
• Educate clients' families about mental health conditions, fostering a supportive network that encourages collaborative participation in the healing process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients of all ages experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Our clinic is particularly focused on supporting individuals from underrepresented communities, allowing you to cultivate cultural competence and develop tailored approaches to treatment. Qualifications

• Possession of a current, valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices applicable to an array of mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits
