Job description

Overview

  • Own revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets across assigned retail accounts.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans that expand distribution, increase sell-through, and strengthen market share.
  • Manage trade and marketing investments to maximize return, support promotions, and accelerate sales performance.
  • Maintain healthy in-stock rates and drive operational alignment to protect revenue opportunities.
  • Build strong executive and day-to-day relationships that elevate the brand within the region and with strategic retail partners.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales strategy for assigned retail accounts, aligning customer objectives with company growth priorities.
  • Coordinate channel marketing plans around retailer promotional calendars, seasonal events, and key drive periods to maximize revenue impact.
  • Forecast, track, and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance, providing clear internal updates on risks, opportunities, and progress to plan.
  • Lead customer meetings with clear objectives, strong commercial storytelling, and disciplined follow-through on action items.
  • Prepare and present compelling assortment review materials, including sales trends, competitive insights, category data, and retailer-specific recommendations.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions, and partner with channel marketing to maintain a strong competitive position in market.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities, assortment gaps, and strategic growth initiatives within assigned accounts.
  • Build trusted customer relationships across multiple levels of the organization; travel as needed to support account development and execution.
  • Partner closely with reseller and distribution teams to ensure customer needs are met and business opportunities are captured efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving alignment around business priorities.
  • Maintain professional relationships that reflect company values and support long-term business success.
  • Communicate store-level changes, account updates, and field insights to the appropriate internal teams in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated, dependable, and results-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, product management, supply chain, or related commercial roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and turn insights into action.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills, including charts, pivot tables, lookups, and formulas, preferred.
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships, influence decision-makers, and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience and technical knowledge of the PC gaming or PC hardware market preferred.
  • Passion for technology and a proactive approach to staying current on product innovations and market trends.
  • Well-organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, manage deadlines, and maintain a high level of execution.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  

Annual Salary Range $110,000-$145,000 USD
