Branch Finance Manager

Branch Finance Manager career opportunity at a top location!
$60K-$75K Base + Bonus $100K Potential
We're looking for a results-driven Branch Finance Manager to lead finance/collections operations of a high-performing branch. This is a leadership role for someone who can drive revenue, develop teams, and manage portfolio performance, all while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You'll Get
  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)
  • Total Compensation: $100,000 potential
  • Monthly Bonus / Incentive Plan

What You'll Do
  • Oversee underwriting decisions and portfolio health
  • Monitor and improve delinquency and charge-offs
  • Forecast performance metrics
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and standards

What We're Looking For
  • Consumerfinance/collections leadership experience
  • Subprime lending experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead teams and hit performance targets
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Valid driver's license

Schedule
  • No Sundays
  • 42-48 hours per week
  • Store Hours: 9AM-7PM (Mon-Fri), 9AM-4PM (Saturday)
