Collections Manager (Consumer Finance)

Branch Finance Manager career opportunity!

Rewards for Collections Manager:

  • $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 starting salary
  • Additional monthly incentive up to $2,500.00

Responsibilities for Collections Manager:

  • Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team
  • Manage collections portfolio delinquency & charge-off
  • Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch
  • Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
  • Help ensure branch compliance
  • Back up the Branch General Manager as needed

Requirements for Collections Manager:

  • First-party consumer collections management
  • Subprime experience is a plus
  • Computer proficiency
  • Customer service focus
  • Leadership ability

Work Hours for Collections Manager:

  • No Sundays
  • Some early evening & Saturday work hours required
  • 45-48 hours a week
