This position is located in the Bunge North America soybean processing plant in Decatur, IN. The C Operator is responsible for safely and accurately loading trucks and rail cars. Position Details:
7p-7a, 4 on/4 off schedule
Hourly pay rate: $30.94

What You'll Be Doing:
- Load and unload trucks and rail cars
- Transfer oil to the packaging plant and obtain samples
- Wash rail cars
- Responsible to adhere to the Food Safety Culture to provide safe product to consumers
- Report any concerns with safe food practices
- Perform department sanitation duties
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices
- Must have a commitment to supply safe food, maintain a food safety culture within the site, continually improve the site's food safety management system, and comply with customer and regulatory requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic computer and mechanical skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work safely and follow policies and procedures
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willing to work overtime, flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work 2nd / 3rd shift
