Job description

The Importance of This Role:

The Sales Porter position is critical to creating an excellent first impression for our clients. By ensuring vehicles are clean, organized, and well-presented, the Sales Porter supports both the sales team and the overall dealership’s brand experience.

Impact and Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vehicle Preparation & Presentation:
    • Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles for showroom display and client delivery.
    • Ensure all vehicles are staged and presented to Joe Bullard’s luxury standards.
  2. Lot Organization & Management:
    • Move, park, and organize vehicles across the lot and showroom.
    • Maintain a clean and orderly lot for easy client navigation.
  3. Client Support:
    • Assist in preparing vehicles for client test drives and deliveries.
    • Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
  4. Team Support:
    • Support the sales team with vehicle movement, fueling, and miscellaneous tasks.
    • Assist with dealership events and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Professional, dependable, and client-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
