You will report directly to our Building Automation (BA) Regional General Manager, and you'll work out of one of our Canadian locations on a remote basis.

In this role, you will be a key driver of Honeywell's growth and leadership in smart building technologies. By building a high-performing partner ecosystem and delivering cutting-edge automation solutions, you will directly shape our market presence and customer success across the region.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Post-secondary education preferably in electrical engineering, Building Automation Systems or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in channel sales or account management within building automation or related technologies
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Building Management Systems, system integration, or automation technologies
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership or managerial roles
  • Valid Canadian Drivers' License (depending on the province)
  • Capacity to travel across Canada up to 50% of the time.

The annual base salary range for this position is$140,000- $187,000 in Markham, Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Sous serez responsable de :

Stimuler la croissance grace aux partenariats
  • Concevoir et mettre en uvre des strategies de vente indirecte (channel sales) a fort impact afin d'accelerer la croissance des revenus et d'accroitre la presence de Honeywell dans le marche des systemes de gestion des batiments.
Developper un reseau de partenaires solide
  • Etablir des relations de confiance durables avec les partenaires de distribution et leur fournir les outils, la formation et le soutien necessaires a leur succes.
Gerer le pipeline de ventes et assurer des resultats previsibles
  • Gerer activement les opportunites de vente dans Salesforce.com en veillant a l'exactitude des donnees, a leur visibilite et a la rigueur du processus.
  • Produire des previsions fiables et coherentes et instaurer une culture de responsabilisation afin d'atteindre les objectifs d'affaires.
Identifier de nouvelles opportunites
  • Reperer et developper de nouveaux marches et applications en collaboration avec les partenaires afin de proposer des solutions adaptees et creatrices de valeur pour les batiments.
Conclure avec succes des projets complexes
  • Mener les negociations commerciales, gerer les cycles de vente et assurer des resultats gagnant-gagnant pour les clients, les partenaires et Honeywell.
Optimiser la performance
  • Surveiller les tendances du marche, les besoins des clients et les activites concurrentielles afin d'ajuster continuellement les strategies et de conserver un avantage concurrentiel.
Inspirer et developper les talents

Vous devez avoir:
  • Une formation postsecondaire, idealement en genie electrique, en automatisation des batiments ou dans un domaine pertinent.
  • Plus de 7 ans d'experience en vente indirecte (channel sales) ou en gestion de comptes dans le domaine de l'automatisation des batiments ou de technologies connexes.
  • Plus de 7 ans d'experience en systemes de gestion des batiments (BMS), en integration de systemes ou en technologies d'automatisation.
  • Plus de 2 ans d'experience dans un role de gestion ou de leadership.
  • Un permis de conduire canadien valide (selon la province).
  • La capacite de voyager a travers le Canada jusqu'a 50 % du temps.
