As a BMS National Sales Leader, you will be at the forefront of this transformation, leading the growth of our Building Management Systems (BMS) business through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

You will report directly to our Building Automation (BA) General Manager, and you'll work out of our Ontario or Quebec locations on a remote basis.

In this role, you will be a key driver of Honeywell's growth and leadership in smart building technologies. By building a high-performing partner ecosystem and delivering cutting-edge automation solutions, you will directly shape our market presence and customer success across the region.

The annual base salary range for this position is$111,000- $148,000 in Markham, Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Post-secondary education preferably in electrical engineering/IT/fire alarm system
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales or account management within building automation or related technologies
  • 5+ years of experience in Building Management Systems, integration, and automation technologies
  • Valid G Drivers' License

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field
  • Proven ability to design and execute strategies that drive growth and partner engagement
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools
  • Bilingualism (French & English)
  • Strong track record building and scaling partner ecosystems
