Job Description Job Summary The team is responsible for generating new business revenue on a monthly basis and consistently exceeding individual and team sales goals. This role is built for a true hunter mentality someone who shows up every day driven, competitive, and ready to win. This is a fully onsite, high-activity sales role where success is earned through relentless prospecting, relationship building, and consistent execution.

This is not a passive or account management position this is a front-line revenue generating role focused on building a book of business from scratch. Account Executives receive structured onboarding, licensing support, and hands-on training but long-term success is driven by work ethic, discipline, and the ability to grind through rejection and build meaningful relationships. Principal Duties and Responsibilities The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to aggressively build and grow a book of business through: High-volume outbound prospecting including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and in-person networking Developing and maintaining referral partner (RP) relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, loan officers, and other strategic partners Actively dropping into offices, attending networking events, and building a strong local presence to generate consistent referral flow Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing new business Building creative strategies to grow relationships (hosting events, leveraging personal network, social media engagement, etc.) Maintaining a daily activity cadence aligned with revenue targets and pipeline growth Operating with a "no excuses" mindset doing whatever it takes to bring in business and win deals Work Environment Fully onsite role Experience and Background Ability to obtain insurance license upon hire (must have before you officially start) Background in high-energy, customer-facing environments (sales, retail, hospitality, real estate, travel/cruise sales, etc.) Prior insurance experience is a plus, but candidates must be coachable and adaptable to a new sales approach Strong tenure history required this role is best suited for individuals seeking long-term growth and career development Required Skills and Attributes True "hunter" mentality not reliant on warm leads Relentless work ethic and high level of personal discipline "Never met a stranger" personality with natural relationship-building ability Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups Highly competitive and motivated by performance-based earnings Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle rejection and perform under pressure Creative thinker when it comes to building and maintaining relationships Self-starter who takes initiative in prospecting and networking High level of integrity and accountability Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback What Success Looks Like This role is ideal for someone who: Thrives in a grind-it-out, build-your-own-business environment Is motivated by uncapped earning potential and long-term financial growth Understands that success comes from consistent prospecting, networking, and relationship building Wants the opportunity to earn flexibility and autonomy through performance Common Challenges The role requires persistence some individuals realize early on that the grind of outbound business development is not for them Others may have the desire but lack the discipline and consistency required for success Strong interview skills do not always translate to strong performance execution and daily habits are critical
