Job description
- Effectively multi-task and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Attend job walks and design review meetings.
- Submit RFIs and material purchase orders
- Attend project coordination meetings
- Coordinate and track field activities with field Supervisors, Managers and Engineers
- Assist with job start-up and project file set-up in accordance with Brycon processes and procedures
- Distribute project schedules and acknowledgement letter to subcontractors as required
- Prepare meeting minutes and job progress reports
- Compile and distribute meeting minutes in a timely manner
- Organize and file project paperwork, correspondence and documentation in a timely manner
- Track change orders and RFQs
- Interact with clients and subcontractors as required by the project
- Effectively utilize subcontractor log to document, review and monitor execution of subcontracts, material suppliers and project-specific requirements
- Submit O&M manuals by date of substantial completion
- Assist with other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years of experience in the Construction field
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Good communication skills both, verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent computer skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to multitask, and work without direct supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members when help is needed
- Attention to detail
